Corporate Training Opportunities : The Front Line

Backdrop : One of the pioneers in E- Commerce Industry in India, which rolls out annually big discount days sale – requiring execution of large number of orders.

Challenge: Coverage across locations. The client required training of over 5,000+ people across various locations – Tier 1, 2 and 3 (sometime) locations, on a Pan-India basis. Required in many places Find a Trainers and also Training Venues, all within specified budgets of the client.

UniTol’s PlanMyProgram :Partnered with the client and was able to deliver the training covering location from Kerala to Sikkim – delighting the client.

Results: Over 5,000 people trained all within a span of less than 12 weeks. The project was instrumental in ensuring high volume deliveries. Not only did the training help the client in the process of delivery, but also helped them to reduce various client customer issues.

Backdrop : A leading EPC company in India wanted to train their front line Engineers in Behavioral skills to enhance their inter and intra (client facing) interactions.

Challenge:The location. This was a remote location about 200 KMs from the nearest Tier 2 town – identifying and finding a ‘right’ Trainer, deliver the program was a challenge.

UniTol’s PlanMyProgram :Partnered with the client, to refine program content and design and identifying the most suitable trainer – (in terms of) fitment, capability and location.

Results: Delivered over 350 man-days* of Training covering the front line engineering and supervisory staff, and delighting the client.
