As a Trainers, one of the most prominent pieces of information that you would like to showcase is the Training Feedback – the reaction level inputs that you receive at the end of a program. But many time this crucial piece of information is not available or atleast available in a form that be effectively used. The reasons typically are :

• Feedback not rolled out at the end, because of the time constraints to distribute the paper forms and then collecting it.
• Forms distributed and even collected, but for a variety of reasons (including time, other priorities etc) not collated.
• The time consuming process of collation – using tools like xls and creating the required graphs
• Putting all the information together in the form of a report, that makes sense to the Trainer and Training Manager (of the client)
